  • Advising on policy issues, such as E-mail, Internet and Equal Opportunities Policies
  • Assisting with day to day enquiries regarding holiday pay, sick pay, maternity and paternity rights and other day to day issues
  • Preparing Compromise Agreements where severance terms are agreed between an Employer and Employee
  • Advising on employment disputes
  • Acting on clients behalf in Employment Tribunal proceedings at which point we can provide expertise in advocacy.
  • Advising on the complex areas of redundancy, changing terms and conditions and reorganisations

We also offer a free “Employment Health Check” to new clients who would like to have the opporunity to meet Sophie or Emma to discuss the application of employment law in general terms, and have their own employment practices reviewed by experts without financial commitment. The Employer’s practices can then be improved to help to avoid the stressful and expensive pitfalls which face all employers, regardless of their size and resources.
