Probate and the Administration of Estates

When someone dies, their Executors or Personal Representatives have a duty to administer the estate and this often requires an application for a Grant of Probate.

If you are an Executor, we can advise you in relation to the correct procedure which needs to be followed when a person dies, including advice in relation to inheritance tax and potential claims against a person’s estate. If you are a beneficiary or other interested person we can advise you un relation to your rights and we can act for you if you wish to make a claim against a person’s estate.
