We act for a number of property developers, and like to consider ourselves part of a team. We particularly like to be involved from acquisition and with regard to planning and construction, through to unit sales. We are used to dealing with all sizes of developments, from small sites of a few units up to large city centre brown field, green field and marina sites with many hundreds of units. We appreciate that most clients require a swift and efficient legal process, and liaise closely with the Land Registry, local authorities, utility supply companies and the NHBC or Zurich.
We have the expertise to deal with complex transactions, including those which are subject to overage provisions, and are used to dealing with Collateral Warranties and Section 106 Agreements. We like to think we take a pragmatic view to reach commercial and practical solutions. We will work on a co-operative basis with other lawyers and third parties to make sure deals are done quickly, and with no undue disputes.
