We are used to advising a broad range of clients, including those from the investment sector, and developers (of commercial, residential and mixed use buildings). We are used to acting for clients buying and selling commercial units, retail units, office accommodation, development land, trading/industrial estates and agricultural land. We act for landlords and tenants in the granting or taking of leases, the assignment of leases, agreements to lease, licences and variations. We deal with transactions for multi-national firms, SME’s and sole traders/investors.
