Our charges are based on a fixed percentage of the gross estate. For an estate where there is no Inheritance Tax payable then we would charge 0.75% of the gross estate. If the estate is taxable, then a rate of 1.5% would be applied. These rates are very competitive and particularly when compared to the rates set down by the Law Society. However, these rates may be subject to change if there are any complicating factors e.g foreign property, family dispute leading to an Inheritance Act claim etc
