Review of your Employment Documentation 

As can quite often be the case, “out of sight, out of mind” and so I thought it would be useful to draw your attention to the issue of your employment documentation.

This month we are offering a free review of your Offer Letters, Contracts, written Policies/Procedures etc.

Once we have carried out this free review, we will then provide you with a free, non-obligatory summary of what needs to be amended/updated in order to bring them in line with current legislation and, in the event that your documentation requires amendment we will provide you with a quote for the cost of doing this.

Employment Health Check

In our “health check” one of the team will visit you at your premises for up to half a day free of charge. We will discuss how current employment law affects your business, review your employment practices and recommend any action needed to make sure that your business complies with the law.  We can also discuss any particular employment issues that concern you.

Once we have met with you, we will provide you with a written summary of our advice and will give you a detailed and fixed quotation in respect of any further work that may be needed to address any issues that we may identified during your Health Check.
